Is the tool newly developed or based on an exisiting tool
The tool originally addressed the process of planning waste water treatment in the open land based on a contextual approach, integrating multiple criteria and the relevant stakeholders.

The tool can be used to support the analysis and decision and to integrate relevant stakeholders in the process. The principles can be used more or less systematic in other sectors and at different levels.
