Description of the tool
The aim is to provide measurements for sustainability in practice, through a set of indicators. 4 cities have been chosen as test cases and been scientifically accompanied. A quality-agreement between the test cases has been set up. Based on that performance indicators have been used to deduce recommendations for other potential cities.
