When was the tool produced
Green Diploma started in autumn 2002. In July 2003 it was revised, so that the point system is optional, which makes it easier to acquire the Green Diploma.

The first version was produced in 2002, but only included the administration of the Housing Association. From 2003 GD also included the running of the buildings, i.e. the consumption of energy, water, production of waste, use of pesticides etc. A version of GD to include the design of new buildings and renovations is under development.
