First edition is from 1998. It has later been upgraded. The latest edition is from 15.04.2003.

In 2002 a version of Green Accounts for Schools has been developed and published :

Yes the Environmental ministry provides information material on how to work with Green Accounts and how to use the tool. So do DBUR.
