In the electronic form, there are questions within sections on community, environment, economic and future. Once completed and submitted, the checklists analyses the four sections of the checklist to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your project and provides some advice on action you might want to consider to increase the sustainability of your project.
While the downloadable form allows for longer consideration of the issues, there is no feedback upon completing the form, but there is a table to encourage a SWOT analysis.
