No one organisation has produced this tool. The tool is very much a concept that is adapted by each organisation who focus on different indicators that are applicable to each study.

Quality of Life has been used as a tool on many occasions, The UK Government has used it for Sustainable Development- the UK Government’s approach (http://www.Sustainable-development.gov.uk/indicators/index.htm). Other case studies from Canada are outlined in question 17.
