Description of the tool
Multicriteria Assessment Tool is used for comparison between different policies or strategies in order to compare the sustainability of cities. An impact matrix is filled with a set of indicators (economic, environmental and social; qualitative or quantitative) that decision makers have estimated as relevant in a particular context. The solution alternatives for a particular problem are presented and evaluated through the filled-in indicators. The alternatives can be assessed by different actors involved. NAIADE method is implemented for evaluation.
