When was the tool produced
The tool has been introduced in 1998.
Updates are underway (by the end of 2005) in terms of new internal procedures which aim to regulate the strategic management of transport projects. Further information might be available by contacting the above department.

The design of this process tool was a first attempt. Updates to improve internal as well as strategic implications are to be expected in the near future.
