Tool summaryName of the tool MOUSE Description of the tool MOUSE is a software tool for the simulation of hydrology, hydraulics, water quality and sediment transport in urban drainage and sewer systems. The tool includes 10 different modules, for instance for GIS analysis. As for MIKE, it is a system simulation tool, where the user by feeding the tools with local data builds a model of the local context, which allows for monitoring of the existing system and analysis of possible future changes. It can be used for different purposes, for instance combined sewer overflows, design of new site developments, and analysis of existing storm water and sanitary sewer systems.
