The manual will help the users to implement sustainable goals by co-operative regional development. On the basis of the three important factors "people", "concept", "process" all elements and steps that are important in the process of cooperative regional development are described. Stumbling blocks are described, solutions are shown, tools for problem-solving are provided and good practices are presented within the manual. It is published separately
