The first version and module of MIKE was produced in 1987. Since then more modules have been developed, and updated regularly.

Is support provided
Yes. There is world-wide on-line support, plus a number of Local Support Centres.
There are also training courses and conferences on MIKE and other tools arranged regularly.

Organisation/s that developed the tool and country of origin
MIKE has been developed by the Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI), a research-based private institute. The tool is being used world-wide by many different actors, primarily consultants and water authorities.
